1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 8GB Wifi Promotion is organized, sponsored and administered by Discount Coach Tours a division of 7870698 Canada Inc. Promotion starts January 31st, 2013 and ends on February 15th, 2013.
2. The “Tablet Promotion” is only open to Canadian residents.
3. Minimum Purchase of $1500 per person not including taxes, airfare, hotels or any other services purchased separately. Based on Double occupancy
4. You must purchase the tour for a minimum of 2 people totally to $3000 or above
5. One tablet per booking
6. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and/or cash discounts.
7. This promotion is not valid for Price Match Guarantees which is primarily based on discounted prices
8. The Samsung Galaxy Tablet 2 8GB wifi is not redeemable for cash and/or services.
9. The above model cannot be upgraded to other models
10. Discount Coach Tours is not responsible/ liable for any unforeseen issues with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and its functionality, malfunction, glitches.
11. Promotion information may be subject to change and the promotion can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
12. This Promotion is open to all legal residents of Canada, who buy an escorted/guided tour, river cruise or adventure travel from Discount Coach Tours. Entrants must be over the age of majority in their province of residence.
13. This is an independent promotion by Discount Coach Tours as such Discount coach Tours is not liable for any compensation arising from the use of the tablet.
14. Valid for new bookings only the promotion dates of January 27th, 2013 to February 15th, 2013 any tour bought prior to or after the promotion period are not entitled.

How to Participate

1. Buy a tour on any tour operator in Canada for a value of $1500 per person (based on Double) before taxes, air tickets, hotels, we will send you a Samsun Galaxy Tab 2 on completion of the tour.
2. In the event of a tour cancellation either by the travelers or the tour operator the promotion will NOT be applicable and customers are not entitled for a FREE Tablet
3. Discount Coach Tours (7870698 Canada Inc) reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute cash equivalent to the market value of Samsung Galaxy Tablet 2, in the event that the tablet or any portion thereof, is unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Discount Coach Tours (7870698 Canada Inc).
4. Participating in this promotion and accepting the gift – the traveler acknowledges having read and accepted these rules and consents to publication of their name (first and last) and their city of residence for purposes relating exclusively to this promotion and its promotional materials, without compensation.
5. Discount Coach Tours assumes no responsibility for tablets lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected, or for the failure, interruption or delay of the mail or courier for any reason.
6. Discount Coach Tours (7870698 Canada Inc) reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend in whole or in part the promotion for any reason and without liability and without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, for any reason, the online portion of the promotion is not capable of running as originally planned.
